In 2018, the TJO turns 20. And to celebrate, we’ve recorded a new CD.
For three days in May, 2017, we were at Revolution Recording, along with the outstanding support team of producer Roberto Occhipinti and engineer John “Beetle” Bailey, to record 20 – an album which aims to capture the evolution of the band over the past 20 years. The repertoire comes exclusively courtesy of TJO Artistic Director Josh Grossman – compositions and arrangements created over the past 8 years. And, thanks to the generous support of the Ontario Arts Council, the Toronto Arts Council and a variety of generous individuals, we’re ready for liftoff!
